This property is unique. It's not a house, and its not quite an apartment. It's a 5 bedroom building that is located within a larger building. The property used to be a store and restaurant so the portion that is livable is within that building. You would have access to only the living area. It contains a huge living room and kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. The yard is also very large with a nice stream a short walk down the property. Tenant will be required to pay for electricity and trash disposal. Landlord will take care of the grounds. Heat is included but may require supplementation depending on the persons desires.
